Then if you are still not satisfied with the result, all you need to do is let us know and we will do what is necessary to ensure that you are satisfied with the final result of your cleaning. The following are the terms and conditions applicable to the BidMyCleaning.com 100% guarantee. By using the BidMyCleaning.com marketplace, you agree that you are bound by the following terms and conditions as well as the marketplaces general terms of use. 100% Guarantee
If you should have any problems with the service provided to you from any company participating in the BidMyCleaning.com marketplace and the provider has not resolved the situation to your satisfaction after being informed of the problem, then BidMyCleaning.com will step in and do everything possible to make sure the service meets your expectations. For BidMyCleaning.com to successfully meet your expectations through its 100% guarantee (the 100% guarantee does not cover property damage or theft) you must abide by the following requirements to be eligible for the 100% guarantee:
- Once the service has been completed any problems with the service must be presented to the provider via phone and email within 24 to 48 hours. BidMyCleaning.com should be copied on all emails.
- The original provider must be given the opportunity to fix any problems with the services rendered.
- All service issues presented after 48 hours of the services being rendered does not qualify for the 100% guarantee but does not mean BidMyCleaning.com won't do everything possible to reconcile the service issues with you and the provider.
- A new provider must be allowed to come out if determined by BidMyCleaning.com that it is the best way to resolve the service issue.
- BidMyCleaning.com has the final say regarding any refund or if another provider should be assigned to resolve a service problem.
