How It Works

Finding and booking cleaning really is as easy as 1, 2, 3 with BidMyCleaning! To get started all you need to do is select the type of cleaning you need from our current line up which includes maid service, carpet cleaning and window cleaning and enter your zip code.

If you are looking specifically for a provider that offers Eco-Friendly Green Cleaning we enable you to specify this request in your bid search.

Our Cleaning Calculator prompts you for all the inputs required to get the bids on your cleaning project. For example, for maid service we need to know how big your home is, how many rooms need to be cleaned and whether you need a deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning or just a standard cleaning.
On the right side of the calculator the information panel includes our cleaning checklists so you can easily see what is included in the standard cleaning and then what extra items are covered with a deep cleaning.
With standard maid service you will also have the option to choose a regular weekly, bi weekly or monthly service.
The carpet cleaning and window cleaning is very similar calculator.

After you've entered all your requirements we present you with a range of qualified bids. All you need to do is choose one! How do you make your choice? We've made it really easy to make your decision using a complete set of criteria!
All bids include the price for the cleaning, profiles of the cleaning service provider and rankings. The BidMyCleaning ranking rewards those companies who stand out from the crowd or who go the extra mile and the Customer ranking is generated from feedback received from customers just like you.
All our providers are pre-screened and have agreed to adhere to our quality cleaning checklists so you can be assured the level of service you receive will be great!
The information panel on the right displays your inputs from the cleaning calculator and can be changed or updated at any time. The bids will be adjusted to take the new inputs into account.

Once you have selected a Service Provider and bid, the next step is to schedule your cleaning on the cleaning calendar.
Only the timeslots which your chosen Service Provider has available are displayed. If the date of service you want is not available you can select to choose another service provider.
Time slots vary depending on the provider but for the most part you will be able to choose a morning, mid day or afternoon appointment.
Once you select a time slot the day will be highlighted. If you decide to change the time/date just use the x Clear selection.
If you have requested regular maid service you can use our Quick Scheduler to pre-fill the cleaning calendar for all your future cleanings. You can go and change any of the times/date on the actual calendar if necessary or return to the site at any time to update the cleaning calendar in your Customer Profile.
To complete the transaction you will be asked to complete your customer profile and select your method of payment. We only ask for information which is essential for us to provide the cleaning service. Our Privacy & Security policy details what steps we take to protect your personal information. When you complete the payment we authorize the amount for the cleaning on your credit card but the funds will not be taken from your account until after the service has been completed.
We accept all major credit cards and Paypal. We are not able to accept Paypal for regular maid service or recurring window or carpet cleaning appointments.
You will receive an e-mail reminder 24 hours prior to your cleaning appointment and an e-mail confirmation after the cleaning has been completed and the funds have been withdrawn from your credit card.
We reserve the right to amend the final amount charged if you requested additional services at the time of the cleaning or if the size and condition of the job were not accurately entered into the cleaning calculator. This additional charge will be agreed with you by the service provider.
