What Are Customer Rewards?

BidMyCleaning's Customer Rewards Program gives you points that can be used just like cash when paying for cleaning services on BidMyCleaning.com. You earn rewards for doing the things that many of you already do - like reviewing your cleaning providers, letting us know how we did, telling your friends about us via email or sharing your experiences on social media like Twitter and Facebook. Each Reward Point that you earn is equivalent to $1.

As we expand the program we will be adding in other ways that enable you to earn even more points.

How Does It Work?

Once you earn Reward Points, they are deposited in your Rewards Account. You can check the balance in your account at any time by going to My Cleaning > My Rewards. You can also see a complete history of all the points that you have earned and used.

The next time you need to pay for a cleaning service, your Reward Points will automatically be used. Any remaining payment will then come off from your Credit Card or PayPal. That means that if you earn points right now that they will be used on your very next cleaning appointment - even if you have already scheduled it! Sounds cool, right?

So How Do I Start Earning Rewards Then?

5 Reward Points	Review Your Providers Earn 5 Reward Points for each provider that you Rate and Review. You need to assign a rating between 1 and 5 stars AND write a review of at least 100 characters to earn this reward. If you have previously reviewed one or more of your providers, simply go to the Provider Report Card page and you will automatically be awarded the points.
5 Reward Points	Review BidMyCleaning Earn 5 Reward Points when you Rate and Review BidMyCleaning. You need to assign a rating between 1 and 5 stars AND write a review of at least 100 characters to earn this reward. If you have previously reviewed us, simply go to the Our Report Card page and you will automatically be awarded the points.
20 Reward Points	Refer A Friend Earn 20 Reward Points for each friend that you refer who schedules a cleaning service with us. We create a unique link for you that you can either email to your friends yourself or use our easy Tell A Friend web-form to send it to them. For each friend who clicks through on the link and schedules a cleaning service with us, we'll give you 20 Reward Points!
20 Reward Points	Social Media Earn 20 Reward Points for each person that you refer who completes a cleaning service with us. We create a unique link for you that you can share with your friends or followers via your favorite Social Media site like Twitter, Facebook, Google Buzz, Yahoo Buzz, etc. For each friend who clicks through on the link and schedules a cleaning service with us, we'll give you 20 Reward Points!

And What Is The Fine Print?

The "Fine Print" or Terms and Conditions are really simple and can be boiled down to two simple things:

You are only able to use Reward Points on the BidMyCleaning.com website to pay for cleaning services. You cannot "cash out" your points.
You don't have to write a favorable review for your provider or for us to earn Reward Points - but please don't try to abuse the system by typing junk into the reviews. Any intentional abuse of the system will result in Reward Points being removed from your account.
