We have been providing maid services to San Diego County since 2005. We are a family owned small company that provides a very high level of service. All of the cleaning supplies that we use are the very best cleaning supplies the industry offers. We do all types of cleanings including move outs and spring cleanings. We guarantee all of our work. | The floors were never mopped and my feet were black from walking across them once. The kitchen cabinets were not cleaned out for move in. The only things that was done was vacuuming the floors and cleaning one bathroom and the refrigerator. My hammock was turned over so I believe they enjoyed the use of that. Also, I had scheduled them for another cleaning on the move out day at another house and they were a no show. | ||

| Not impressed. First they rescheduled a few times until the day before my move out date. Then after they left, i had to re-do the floors and mop it since they did not. They also left a bunch of trash outside on the ground since the trash cans were full. Not happy at all. Unfortunately, i did not have time to call them to re-clean since my move out/last inspection day was the next day. I ended up doing it myself. Never going through them again. | ||

| Nestora Maid Services does a great job cleaning, however most of the time it ends up being the day after I had scheduled. It wouldn't matter too much except every time they contact me either during or after the time window for them to show up to clean. | ||

| AWFUL.. in one word. I was very happy initially when Nestora told me she is a professional cleaner for 20 years. But the reality is I could see the yellow ring in the toilet bowl after they cleaned. I had to show them myself how to put the cleaning liquid and scrub which hardly took couple of min. After their professional cleaning, you could clearly see the water spots/stains on the glass shower door and the faucets. When I mentioned they said they did lot of scrubbing. They spent hardly 20 min in the Master Bathroom and 15 min. in the kitchen. I have never seen a professional cleaning take such a short time in cleaning a 2400 sqft house. I am jaw-dropped and have no words to express my disappointment. Will never use this provider ever again. I do not need to spend my money to create more stress in my life. Thank you very much BidMyCleaning. | ||

| For the most part the cleaning was done good, with exception to the following: -The garbage wasnt taking out -The outside of dishwasher was not cleaned -The floor on the kitchen was cleaned poorly, there is still a lot of dirt left behind -The kitchen counter was poorly, there is still a lot of dirt left behind | ||

| The Christmas season is such a hectic time of the year with barely a moment for yourself! Then my roommate moved to Paris unexpectedly. She was on such a tight time frame that she was unable to clean before leaving. So to have Nestora come and give everything such a thorough cleaning was an immense help! It would have taken me months to get around to a lot of the things she took care of in the one day. | ||

| -they didn't call to reschedule when they failed to show up -they are unreachable-they missed cleaning our whole restroom (shower, toilet, vanity) -they didn't clean the floors well and left dust under the couches -I called the owner and e-mailed her to tell her about these problems and she only speaks Spanish and actually hung up on me -you can't reach them as they do not have an snwering machine -they charged us an extra fee without telling us due to heavier cleaning needing to be done the site said. We get our home professional cleaned with another cleaning company every month and the house was in the same condition as it always is. -Again, they are unreachable so if there is ever a concern they will not help you -I will not use Nestora again nor recommend using this company | ||

| I have used them for some time as they usually do a pretty good job. However, I don't think they have ever been on time. And their most recent cleaning was pretty bad: I had to wipe counters, sweep up crumbs etc. It seems like they have been making less of an effort. I might give them another chance. | ||
