Bethany stepped in at the last minute after another provider cancelled on me. She jumped through a bunch of hopes to help me out and gave me great service! Will definitely be using her again, and would highly recommend her!

Bethany worked really hard on my house and "heavy cleaning" didn't really cover what I needed. She was on time, very communicative and didn't even blink when she saw all the work ahead of her. Bethany did a fantastic job. She spent 5 1/2 hrs cleaning for a moveout of my condo, home of 3 college boys. The kitchen was spotless and she paid great attention to detail throught the house.

Bethany did a great job on the move in/move out cleaning we requested for our 3 br/2ba house. I expected to have to do a fair bit of touch up cleaning to make sure everything was perfect for the landlady to look over, but once Bethany had gone through the house, there really wasn't anything to do. Our landlady was completely satisfied and we got all of our deposit back! Oh - and she even came to rescue when the first cleaners we booked backed out at the last minute. Because she couldn't make it at the original time we had set with the first cleaners, she came on a Saturday and got everything done. Thanks Bethany :)

I had a one-time cleaning done to check out the service provided - and I was not happy. The crew was only at my place for an hour - and did not even ask me to look things over before they left. If they had, I would have told them to re-do the bathroom and vacuum up all the visible hair left all over the place. I paid extra for two pets - but their vacuum either needs to be replaced, or they just did not even bother to go over all the carpet. As I had visitors from out of town arriving the next day - I did not have time to work with Gephart's to come back and do the job properly. However, I should not have to tell them that leaving visible toothpaste splatters on the vanity or not even wiping down the entire bathtub is not acceptable. I spent two more hours that evening cleaning myself.

I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the job that Bethany did. Our house looks, smells, and feels fantastic. I've been dreading having to do the spring cleaning and it's so nice to come home and have it done. There was miscommunication about our expectations but Bethany got back to me immediately and came back the next day and made everything perfect. I will most definitely use Bethany again!!!

Bethany and Dana did a great job on the house. They arrived just as I was leaving to drop my son at school. I hadn't done the dishes from the night before and by the time I returned they were almost done! I wasn't expecting that level of cleaning! I will definitely be using them again.

Bethany and Dana are great! They did a really good job cleaning the entire house and it is so nice to have it all clean at one time. No one cleans my house with as much detail as i would but since i don't have the time to be cleaning 24/7 it is nice to have Bethany take care of the big stuff, especially the bathrooms! Thank you for the great work. i would also like to say that Bethany is very considerate and easy to communicate with, it was such a breath of fresh air! I am looking forward to my scheduled monthly cleanings.

Bethany and Deena are awesome! Their attention to detail is amazing and their cleaning is impeccable. You can clearly see that they take pride in their work and have years of experience doing what they do. From the carpets and wood floors to the counter tops and sinks... everything looks shiny and new - I can't wait for them to come back again next week. I highly recommend Gephart's Housekeeping Services to anyone and everyone lucky enough to live in the San Diego area.

Bethany and Deena were on time and got to everything immediately. Eventhough they had interuptions due to another services provider in the house, they adjusted and got the house cleaned without problems. I would use them again.

I'm not sure if she was on time or not because we weren't there, but when we arrived that evening, the apartment looked great! She probably saved a few hundred dollars off of our security deposit! The only complaint was that it looked like the bedroom had just been vacuumed and not much else, but the rest of the apartment looked absolutely awesome! Thanks and we'll definately use her again!

Bethany did a fantastic job! My favorite day of the week is when Bethany is over cleaning and I get to come home to a clean house. I'm booking cleanings for bi-weekly thanks to Bethany. Thank you so much- we love our clean house!

Bethany was ontime, and did great work. The only problem we had was the amount of cleaning vs. the time. She originally was going to bring along a helper but ended up having to tackle our fairly sizeable home alone. We liked her service so much we decided to bring her back for routine cleanings.

Beth has been cleaning our home for several years. I have 4 children, a dog & 3 cats and she's great with all of them. She's always done an "Impeccable" job and I love how it smells once she's cleaned. I've dealt with several other larger companies before we found her and wasn't happy with them for one reason after another. She's someone you can definitely trust in your home. Her rates and quality of work surpass everyone else by far! ~Thanks Beth for being so great~ A definite recommendation !

It's taken me over a week to get this review up (sorry Bethany!), but I have to say I'm am pleased with the work she did for me. She was very fast & thorough. While she didn't pay attention to minute details (crumbs left over in cupboards, water spots left behind after wiping/cleaning sinks & surfaces, etc.) she did a great job. It's difficult to please someone as detail oriented as me, but overall I am pleased with what she did for me. Thanks Bethany! Oh & not only was she on time, but she was early which is not what I expected at all. Thank you for you promptness.

Bethany is very cheerful, professional, courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. She loved my bulldogs and worked around them very well. A true work-aholic! I plan on having her back in a few months for a White Glove session to prepare for the "monster in law"!! Thanks Bethany!
