| I was disappointed with my first cleaning. My mother was visiting from out of town. She found glass in the shower. The master bedroom was still dusty because items weren't moved when counters were dusted. The master bedroom shower had dirt on the walls that wasn't there before they cleaned. The guest bathroom floor and kitchen weren't swept very well. The TV console in the living room was never dusted. they were late because they forgot they had an appointment with me. The people that came were very, very nice and I liked them personally. | ||

| Cleaning scheduled from 8-9am...received a call changing time to 10-1030am...they showed up at 930am. Normally, this is not a big deal, but I have two babies to schedule around. Then, they failed to clean the toilet room in the Master Bathroom, failed to clean the downstairs 1/2 bath, cleaned only part of the bar, left cleaning supplies and dirty paper towels on my kitchen counter, a pile of debris from the vacuum on my carpet and a broken vertical blind on my sofa. When I called to discuss with the Provider, she was not interested in coming back to correct these issues and clearly was not concerned that I was not satisfied. | ||

| I've been using Lopsan for three years. They always come on the scheduled day and works hard to make sure the house is in tip top shape. Most of the time they do a great job and when they dont they come back out and correct any mistakes or if I request they deep clean some areas doing their next scheduled cleaning. | ||
