Once you are in our system, reordering is quick and easy. If you are not happy with your maid for any reason whatsoever, you can request a change of staff until you?ve found a perfect fit. If you have specific instructions, we?ll relay these to your maid to ensure they?re carried out properly. Our advanced database keeps accurate records of your preferences so they are known for every current and future job.
Our Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our main concern. We want to make sure that you are no less than 100% satisfied every time we clean your home. We understand there are alot of choices for cleaning services. So if you are not happy with our cleaning performance, please call us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix the oversight.
We also guarantee that if you are not happy with the maid that has been assigned to you for any reason whatsoever, you may request change of staff until you have found the perfect fit.
We reserve the right to inspect the work in question within 24 hours. Contingent upon the customer having chosen/described the job circumstances/needs accurately to match the monetary value/cost of the job purchased.
Example: If you purchase an Express Maid Service (standard cleaning), but your home needs a Spring Cleaning, we will need additional payment to be able to provide you with the correct level of service.
We will not say we can do it in 2 hours only to leave you with a mess, we will stay until we get it done.

| Filthy!! The maid sent to my house the first time (Rosie) was GREAT. The second time however, a different maid was sent even though I specifically asked for Rosie. This lady (Barbara) was completely clueless about what to do or how to do it. The first thing she asked me when she entered the house was ‘So what do you want me to do today?’ Really?! Don’t you already know what to do?! She picked up stuff and dumped it into little corners of the house where I kept finding stuff weeks after she was gone. For example, I had a Walmart bag with some stuff that I had to return that I had kept on the table in the bedroom. She picked it up and dumped it into the closet. There were some ties lying in the closet and she dumped them into one of the shelves that was FULL OF DUST without cleaning up the dust. She did a terrible job vacuuming I had little dead bugs along the edges and corners of the walls which I had asked her to make sure she vacuumed away. All she did was relocate them around the carpet. When I gave her sheets to change the bed, she said that she doesn’t usually make the bed!! Then she went on to make the bed and in the process threw my comforter and pillows on the floor right next to the bag of trash that she had collected. Remember, she had not yet vacuumed the floor either which was full of dust and dirt which now stuck to the comforter that I use to sleep at night!! Uggghhh. Disgusting. She picked up stuff in the kitchen and dumped it all into the kitchen pantry. I have never seen somebody do such a filthy job of cleaning ever before. I have tried other maid services which have not been as good as I would like them to be, but this is the first time that it has been so bad that I decided to get online and leave her a review. Please don’t use these people. The heartburn that continues for weeks after she is gone is just not worth it. | ||
