| Appt on 9/3/10 was setup for 8-9am. They called at 8:30am to reschedule. Then said they could be there by 12:30 instead, so I redid my schedule to work around theirs. When I arrived home at 3pm I discovered they hadn't shown up at all. No calls or explanation still to this date and it's now 9/9/10. This wasn't the first time this happened either! | ||

| We have used a couple of other services prior to trying TOP NOTCH. With the others my wife would search the house trying to find out what they actually cleaned. WITH TOP NOTCH MY Wife Couln't find anything that they didn't clean. They are definitely the best service that we have ever used. Wife is extremely pleased. The house is clean and the windows shine. After Using the others (They are just a waste of time and money), we will never use anyone but TOP NOTCH. | ||

| Ok....so, here's the deal. These ladies were AMAZING!! I'm almost embarrassed to say this, but my apartment was disgusting. I was moving out of it, and needed a deep clean on it. I can not even begin to tell you the mess these ladies had on their hands. I couldn't be there while they cleaned, but I left the door unlocked and they went to work. They cleaned that place and when I walked in--it was like a time warp back to when I had first rented the apartment. The kitchen appliances were GLEAMING. The bathroom was unrecognizable. The floors were shining. The only reason I gave them a 4.5 instead of a 5, was because I'd asked them to do my windows which they said they would do and they hadn't. But other than that...incredible. And they were eco friendly...AND way more affordable than any of their competitors. I have a dog, and they only charged a buck extra for having a dog! Can you believe that? I can't say enough good things about them!! And they were so friendly and kind on the phone! | ||

| I am soo happy with the state of my home, Marie is a lifesaver. I work full time and its really hard to keep up with the housework, it can just get out of hand. She was a world-wind of clean! She found things I thought I lost. It was nice to come home after work to clean and sparkling home- I was able to sleep peacefully and wake up to beautiful home. I will tell all my friends and family about Top Notch! Getting a spa day is nice, but treating yourself to a house cleaning is GREAT! Thank you Top Notch. | ||
