"I am thrilled with BidMyCleaning! We tried to hire a couple different maid services on our own, but no one would get back to us. We then stumbled upon BidMyCleaning and hired a maid service we had enjoyed in another state. They could not service us in any reasonable amount of time, and actually changed the date for much later than the original. I asked BidMyCleaning what I should do. They responded immediately, said that I wasn't receiving excellent service and gave me the option of cancelling or allowing them to find me another maid service. Since I really needed the clean house, I allowed them to find me someone else. The new maids contacted me right away, and came in a couple days! They also did a fabulous job and I am very happy.
